The Atlanta metro area has several thrift stores operating under various names, most popular is probably the Goodwill stores, since they operate the largest in size and number of thrift stores in this area.
I am amazed at some of the brand name labels I often find on Goodwill clothing racks, and my wife has made many beautiful jewelry purchases.
Various discounts on certain days (senior, color tag, military, etc.), can add additional savings.
In our area, the dressing rooms remain closed, due to a shortage of labor, but purchases are returnable during a seven day window (with receipt), for gift cards only.
