I was diagnosed with prostate cancer 18 months ago. I have had a biopsy which showed 2 areas of the prostate with cancer. My recent PSA was 4.9 and I just had a MRI of the prostate which showed a lesion. At this point My Doctor recommend to have another PSA in four months and keep monitoring it. Hormone therapy does sound like an intriguing option and something I may consider it I get to that point. Best of Luck to you
