I was wondering when someone would mention “Lola” by The Kinks. I couldn’t believe a song about a transvestite made it on the radio in the 60’s with the line “I’m not the world’s most passionate man, but I know what I am in the bed of a man, so does Lola, lo-lo-lo-lo-Lola…”
