Normally I dress last but I still wear a zip top to keep makeup dusts etc from falling on my clothes. Makeup is next-foundation, eyes, powder and blush. Lips are last and I stop after lip liner. I either dress now or remove zip top. Next would be lipstick(s), jewelry and finally wig.
Lipstick after clothes so it does not smear or get on dress or top.
