I prefer garter blet and stockings with the panties on the outside of the garter belt. I do also wear pantyhose, however, due to my height (6’1″) finding pantyhose that are long enough can be a problem. Also, as others have said bathroom breaks are easier with a garter belt and stockings. I agree that having stocking tops and garter straps peaking out from under a dres or skirt is sexy. For me there is nothing more feminine then putting on a garter belt, putting on stockings and attaching them to the straps of the garter belt.
