Hi Michaela.

Was wondering what a “tilly” hat looked like. We call those types of hats “bucket hats” for obvious reasons…. no, not feminine at all.

I only see women wearing hats at the beach for sun protection and at the Kentucky Derby for over the top fashion… otherwise maybe ball caps and stocking hats in the winter.
