Hi Stephanie, my personal choice are breast forms. Twice I attempted to switch to breast plates. I didn’t like it covered, to me, a lot of skin. Also, it really limits what you can wear. You need to wear styles that hide the seams of the plate, around the meck, shoulders, abdominal area. They do look very sexy with the right fashions. I would invest in.
