Hi Dee,

I am in the same boat as you are. I am looking at purchasing my first set of inserts or getting a breast plate. After reading the comments, I am leaning towards getting the inserts.

I sweat too much already and the breastplate sounds like it is very hot and I can see why.

I don’t want my boobs to be too big (like I had a boob job). I want them to look natural. That is why I will probably go towards a B or C insert.
