No, I’ve never been able to get up the courage to do that.  I’ve only driven around dressed, maybe 2 or 3 times and I was absolutely scared to death something would happen, a flat tire, an accident. Those times were maybe late Spring to early Autumn, so little chance of bad roads.  Dressed in drab, I did get into a multi-car accident on a very icy intersection in winter. Not my fault, thankfully, but my car became immobilized.  Situations like that convinced me be careful when tempting fate.
