I don’t feel entirely feminine unless I’m fully dressed, with my wig, makeup, shoes, etc.  The only exception to that is when it is bed time.  If I’m just going to sleep, all I need is my nightgown or babydoll nightie.  With that said, the feminine feelings start with putting on my lingerie.  If I have to pick just one item, it would be any one of my bras.
