Serious Medical Reply here so be prepared:

The part of my body that lets me down, that I wish would shrivel up and DIE or be amputated and refitted with a life like prosthetic is my Right Foot! 75 years ago I was born with a club foot, that turned almost 30 degrees  inward and as I grew it remained 3 shoe sizes smaller than my left foot and deformed and misshapen  ( ugly and self conscious), and a cast was put on my leg as a baby for ne years , until I contracted measles from it under it and it became putridly infected that it had to be sawed off. The results of the tight years long cast was it stifled the growth of any of my calf, ankle or side muscles in my lower leg, and they atrophied, never growing lever my lower leg from knew know in skeleton mode , literally skin and bone and a few tendons. Looked like a starved POW victim.  It never again kept up with the growth of the left leg, and also made the right leg 2″ shorter that my right leg (and gross cripples deformed right foot3 sizes smaller)

So consequently it left me with a conundrum as to how to pad my right calf all around with home made foam rubber cut to shape it, and have to buy either 2 sizes of shoes 11w for left foot and 8 1/2 for left foot. I can only wear flats, short wedges or no more that 2″ block heel shoes and open toe sandals.

So over the years this is what creative Meghan has learned to do. I pre-wrap and affixed the thin shapeable foam rubber around my calf, pull a thick flesh colored knee high up over the right foot to my knee, then pullup a light flesh opaque dance tights to my waist . This starts my ‘base’ for any hosiery, stockings, Thigh Highs, of just leave the flesh colored tights for a bare legged look.

Sorry this is so lengthy but I have a most unusual birth defect issue that I have come to work for me in crosdressing
