I have been completely comfortable in a pair of 4″ block heel shoes. I ordered a 5″ stiletto and wasn’t able to take more than 10 steps in them without almost falling over, although I loved the shoes. Perhaps I just need some practice. I’d love to get to a point where I can at least take a short walk in those 5″ heels.
