Hi Eva, and welcome to a place where making new friends and sharing are commonplace. I think many of us have experienced what you describe in your profile. Back in the late 1960’s I felt so strongly about being a girl I actually applied and was accepted for sex reassignment surgery at John’s Hopkins (about the only reputable place doing SRS back then). The process was VERY involved, including living two years full-time as a woman. I was six months into my two years when external events caused me to radically change course. And in retrospect I am happy I did for it would have been a bad decision. However, I gave up crossdressing for almost fifty years, but resumed about six years ago. When I returned as Paulette I was very open and honest with my wife, family and friends. I was shocked and pleased how accepting everyone was. Now I am a “Sometimes” Paulette and loving it! I look forward to hearing more about your adventures. Hugs, Paulette
