I have been there once in Madrid once before covid.
I took the 3h feminization service i dont remember how much I paid but it was definitely a great experience with English speaking staff.
it is located in Chueca the lgbt-friendly neighborhood of Madrid, so i guess if you choose to go out there it should be very pleasant.
