Do some internet searching as I know that a clearing house used to exist back in the 80’s. The son of a former sister-in-law had a difference of something like a size to a size and a half. He was a star basketball player in high school and got a college scholarship (can’t remember where). At the time his parents found an organization that connected people with size differences or only one foot.
