Hi Ally,

My journey started about 4 years ago when at 59, I suddenly decided that I needed to try wearing a skirt. Then I needed a dress, bra, forms, heels, a wig etc.  It does seem odd to discover this later in life. I suppose one bonus to this is not having to deal with as much shame as we would have years ago when we were younger, and society was even less tolerant of our lifestyle.
I think that for me this is a blessing, and makes me a better, more understanding, and tolerant person.

I hope that your journey comes to bring you happiness, and that you find peace within your duality.
