For me, I am category #2.  I felt this as a child but hid it. As a young adult, I thought it was a kink, but when I am honest with myself with my deep core feelings they are feminine. I am slowly changing, how far and how soon are the big questions. For me becoming what I call my authentic self has become the path of my life. My “authentic self” is multi faceted. I many write an article on that.
