Well that may explain the sudden crossness and irritability. I do hope thi is only a temporary thing. Not feeling well can bring out the worst in any of us. From what you have said, she is a good person with a good heart. Just let the matter it sit for a bit. Then  when you are both back to normal. You can discuss it with open hearts and minds.

I was just surprised to hear about Barbara. She made jokes about coming down but i didnt think she was serious. We’ll have to see what comes about.
