Hello Cj … welcome to CDH from another new member (in the UK) … there are some useful articles by SOs on the site which may help you reflect on what might go through your wife’s head if she knew … it took me 16 years before I could tell me wife … and mainly happened because I was traumatised by the serious illness and subsequent passing of my mother … personally I could not keep it a secret any longer (this was in 1995) and she was supportive but quite surprised at first … I suggest taking small steps in your CD and there is plenty of good advice on CDH to help you …
