Have a look at Pals by Super Gel Products. They are a soft, solid silicone without a polyurethane skin so there is nothing to wrinkle, rupture or leak out. They claim 10 year life and I’m at about 6 years. I see no reason to suspect that they won’t last at least 10 years. You can sleep in them with no problems and I often do.
Mine weight about 2 pounds each so they are beyond the capability of adhesives. I wear them with regular underwire bras by Goddess with no issue. They come in various colors.
For the size that I have, they were a bit over $200 when I bought them. They are now $249. Seeing as how I went through 3 pairs of the skinned variety at around $70 to $80 each over about 3 years, I’m ahead of the game.
With the skinned variety, I’ve had the skin rupture as well as having the skin seam come apart. I patched them with tape, Band-Aids or silicone sealant. All eventually failed again as the rupture grew or happened in a different place. The problem is that in order to get the softness and compliance, the skin is very thin and and the seam is very narrow. That’s why you can’t sleep in them. There is just too much pressure.
