I live around the Cincinnati, OH area and the closest place I’ve found that “caters” to the crossdresser lifestyle is Janet’s Closet in Wyandotte, MI; just south of Detroit.

Janet’s sells breastforms, wigs, heels; shoes and boots, clothes; intimates/lingerie, corsets/shapewear, hosiery, make-up, and jewelry. There is also a “privacy booth” make-up station for full transformations.
