Yes you”re correct on the US versus UK thing and like others have mentioned it’s the denier of the pantyhose/ tights as far as I’m concerned. Pantyhose are more sheer than tights as they are normally thicker and heavier. I enjoy them both and with the fall right around the corner the “ tights “ will be coming out soon.
