I am a very new member here but already I can feel positive things happening after my decision to join.
Probably, this is in part due to the fact that jointing CDH is the first time I’ve had the courage to publicly admit that Gemma lives within me and cannot be ignored.
For me I noticed a significant change today. My wife returned from a shopping trip with a new top today. Ordinarily, I would have just ignored her efforts to show it to me but, today, I actually wanted to see it, hear her thoughts about it – and wonder how I would look in it.
I’m not sure if she noticed my change in attitude – but I did. It’s scary but also feels like I am gradually letting go of some untruths that have held me back.

In the past week, I have found so much more confidence that I never possessed before regarding Erika! I feel totally free to finally discover who she really is and let her explore! It is so wonderful to be able to truly get in touch with her!

Like Gemma, I guess that Erika has always been there but just needed to know she could be accepted somewhere before she started to emerge.

You are so right! She really has been there all along, and, thanks to all my sisters here and their encouragement, she is finally able to emerge! I am really enjoying getting to know her!

I also find I increasingly wonder when I see a woman in an outfit I like, what it would look like on me.

Thank you so much Lara. Yes, these feelings are both new to me and wonderful. I would love to introduce my wife to Gemma but know there is work to do before that can happen. In the meantime it’s great to have the support and encouragement I’m getting on CDH.

Hi Gemma, I came out to my wife many many years ago with only understanding on her part and no support. But on a recent trip I had once again had the heart to heart talk and spoke of how Sherri is a real part of me. This time there was some support on her side and with that I felt a weight being lifted off my shoulders and now I feel much more at ease with myself trying harder to present as the woman I want to be so I know how you feel.

Hi Gemma
Your feelings are my sentiments exactly. I think I knew Sara was always in there but how did I get to let her out? Then a week before Halloween I was in the store and ventured into the woman’s section and was looking at the panties (I always liked my wife’s when I was married) when a salesperson came over and asked if I needed help. Destiny had entered my life again. I said I was going to a Halloween party and was going as a woman but had no idea where to start. Got the bras and panties and nylons and then picked out a couple of nice outfits which she helped me with the sizing. She was so helpful and she even rung me through her register and bagged the stuff up so I wouldn’t have to go through the front cashiers.
Sara was released that day and then I find CDH and now I wear my panties and bra every day under my man clothes and dress in the privacy of home. I think I will probably be a closet CD’er but who knows what the future and destiny holds for this girl who feels more and more girly every day.

Hi Gemma I’m another UK girl, I’ve been dressing most of my life since i was about 8 or 9 years old when i tried my older sister’s lingerie on, I’m still in the closet to my wife, I’ve tried to give Roz up many times over the years but she is still here with me and will be for the rest of my life, my biggest wish is to attend a big venue with lots of girls like us, I would love to attend Keystone or maybe first Friday in Leeds or maybe one of the big ones in London,
