Hi
I am still considering new forms and thanks too all the members who helped me decide between forms and breastplates I will choose breast forms. Before I splash the cash could people help me with my size choice. Hopefully the linked picture will display and you can judge for yourself if I have gone over the in the past.

As I understand, the Rule of Thumb is that the breasts should be about halfway between the top of the shoulder and the elbow. It’s a little difficult to tell from the photo, but my guess is that it seems about right…

Do you have sisters?, Your mum? Don’t go beyond their breast size…trust me.

Wouldn’t apply in my case as every rule has an exception. No sisters and my mother wasn’t much beyond flat chested. Curious to see what others would say…

How are we suppose to know the answer to this question?

Hi Jackie
I added a link to a picture, but I messed it up. I added another link in a reply, but has become lost in the replies.

Are you speaking of Jennifer’s question or mine?
- November 23, 2020 at 2:18 am #409672
I would say no. For going out, I think it’s best to keep them proportional to your body size and shape. Particularly the shoulder s and hips. However, for playing indoors do whatever makes you happy.

I don’t really go out in public. I do feel a little smaller would be more convincing and make me feel more feminine.
Thanks

They look just about right to me. Certainly full but not disproportionately so relative to your body.

I’m of 2 minds on this. You can try to attain your ideal shape, or just get what makes you satisfied. In the big picture you can easily change sizes. CIS girls have a more difficult time with this as they have more limited options.

My forms are ‘D’ cup equivalent and perhaps they’re a bit large for day time clothes. Even 18/20 size blouses don’t seem to make allowances for a larger bust. I think when I first bought them I wanted voluptuousness for erotic purposes. I could get some smaller ones but that also means buying a lot of new lingerie to fit!

You look like you have fair size shoulders as I do so I would suggest C cups if not D cups. The larger breasts actually downplay the size of your shoulders and look more proportional. If you try B cups they’re too small and your shoulders will look big. I have C and D cups and usually opt for the D’s.
Have fun, they feel great. Heather.

Don’t go buy some huge breast forms and look like a porn star, don’t live the pre-existing stereotype people have already about crossdresser. Find forms that look and fit your body type. Most crossdressing girls fit into the B-D cup area. Just remember forms need to be proportional to YOUR body, so if you have a few extra pounds and are taller, the larger DD cup forms may look more natural than a smaller B cup form.
Forms can be found all over the internet, and can be sized by cups, or by grams. I have D-cups/1000gram forms okay so use 1000 gram (D-cup) forms. The D’s are just a hair “chesty” for me. I do use my C-cup/800gram forms to sleep in. I do enjoy the C cups too, but D’s are just a lot of fun sometimes too. I’m 180 lbs and 5.10″ So I think you may want to google some female pics that fit your size and shape to see what you like and head that route.

Breast form size can be a bit tricky to sort out as many things come into play, such as measurements, proportions, our vision if how we want to look, etc. I don’t know if anyone hits it right the first time.
I link below will take you to one of my photos from 2 years ago. I am 5’-9” and about 185 pounds. My band size is 38”. Try to guess my cup size. I have mentioned it on the forum once or twice, so it you have seen it before please do not say.

Hi DeeAnn
Thanks for your reply. I would guess a C or a D, but I am not goof at guessing cup sizes. Your picture looked fantastic.

The bigger your band size, the smaller cup size a given firm will be, or the smaller it will look on your body. My band size is 46, and I’m kinda chunky, so to get a c cup, I need a larger form. Also, I use a triangular shape to look more natural on my body. Sorry, no pics.

Bridgette Vonsmirff, Do you mean you get say, a D cup size form? I’m a 46 and would like to be a C cup. Thanks!

I have recently ordered 2 different size stick on breast forms and really like them. They weren’t very expensive and they stayed in place all day of wear. It helps that I have no hair there. If I get a bit sweaty they will slip a bit but the look and feel of them is wonderful. They have a natural look and I can go bra less. As far as over the shoulder dresses go the tear drop shape of them would stick out of the top so they will not work for them.

Description
Show Less
– Material: Silicone -Size: 500g/pair; 600g/pair, 800g/pair, 1000g/pair, ( ±5% tolerance is acceptable). -Tear drop shaped, the silicone breasts are super soft – exactly like natural breasts. -Contoured to provide a snug fit against the chest, ensuring all day comfort without perspiration. -Includes perfectly formed nipples to replicate the natural breasts for a natural look and feel. -The silicone breasts are self-adhesive so they can stick directly to the chest without straps or tape, and they are reusable for multiple uses.60 dollars and some change. You have to wait for them to come from China. It takes about 2 weeks to a month for them to come in.
I have the C and D cups and I find them to jiggle nicely and to stay on very well. I wore my firs pair for 2 days strait with out bra and really love the way they looked and felt. When I removed them at the end of the day they felt warm having absorbed my body heat. The nipples are nicely formed without being too “out there”. Perhaps I should start a review blog for the sisters of CDH.
Here is a photo of me with the C cup forms on and no bra.

Here is another.

So you can see that they have a very natural hang. I could wear a bra with them if I wanted too to really keep them in place. Like I said if you get sweaty the adhesive will allow the form to slide. But if you just peel them off and dry yourself then reapply they stick very nicely.
Big 2 boob hugs to you all.

OK, I said that I would post the size of the bra that I am wearing in this photo:
https://www.crossdresserheaven.com/photo/veterans-day-2018/
It is a 38I.
I went for that size for 2 reasons. One is that, for the size of forms that I wear, the center panel didn’t sit on the sternum for what is the theoretical bra size for the forms. The forms are the size that I wanted, but bra size recommendation was way off.
The second reason was that, for my body shape, B’s or C’s would barely be visible.
I think the moral to the story is that we shouldn’t arbitrarily pick a size and say Done. If at all possible, see what a given size looks like when wearing it. It may surprise you…

I just got my first forms today. I feel like they’re too big. Honestly, though, I planned and expected it. I’ve just started the process of losing weight and I have man boobs at the moment. With the forms on top of them, I look pretty stacked (I had a hard time keeping my hands off them, lol). Once I drop about 20 pounds, I think they’ll be perfect.

looks just right for your body.

I actually have three different sets. B, C, and D. For reference I am 5’10” 145. Amazon had really good prices. It does, however, mean three sets of bras. I chose my size based on the outfit and the plans. If it’s everyday just-a-middle-aged-chick-grocery-shopping then it’s my B cups. Doesn’t draw unwanted attention, still feels very feminine. Date night, probably the C’s. Club night? Hmm, depends on the outfit, maybe C, maybe D. The freedom to choose is kinda fun. Hugs to all my CDH sisters. This site is life-changing.

Hello Jennifer, I do similar to Amy, have a few sets depending on where I’m going. The one thing that needs to be considered with larger breast is people will stare a bit more. 5,9 and slender. have a 39-in chest and use 38 C’s. I buy my forms from Janet’s closet. They have a wider breast form than Amazon which in my opinion, and you can look at my pictures, seems to look the more feminine or realistic. Amazon’s breast forms are very narrow, but you can send them back if they are too big or small. As far as bras go I buy Olga. It needs to be the lined bras so you can cut a slit in the back to insert the form. They are perfect and you can get all different styles and colors. I like my blue and purple bras… Good luck and post some pictures.

Thank you Amy and Stacey
i had wanted to pick a size and stick with. It would be Jennifer’s cup size, but the idea of choosing current sizes for different outfits sounds great fun.

When I bought my forms, I looked at various chars. Depending on the chart, I could be B,C or D. I decided to get all three sizes. I found some sizes look better with different things I’m wearing. Sometimes I feel the D is just to big. With other outfits, I might feel the B leaves me too flat chested. Usually when I got out I wear the C. When I’m home and usually wearing something I shouldn’t wear out anyway I always wear the D.
I guess for starting out, get the mid size and see how you like them. You can always go up or down in size. After all, many of us have lots of shoes, pantyhose, stockings, lingerie, dresses, skirts, bras, panties, wigs and everything else. Why not breastforms?

Thanks patty
I am considering a D and a C. I am currently a D. Anything larger would probably break my shoulders and an A or B would be lost on me.

I wasn’t sure which size cup to get. I figured I might as well just get the B,C and D. Then I’ll decided which I like best. I found I like all 3 sizes. Some sizes just look better with different outfits. When I’m home though, I always wear the D. I see no reason to get bigger, except for the fun aspect of it.

Hello,
They look just right to me.
But I think it is what you are comfortable with if you go out.
Some don’t want to draw attention to themselves so they wear a smaller cup A or B.
I prefer being busty and I have three sizes C, D and E.

Thank you all for your great responses to my pole. It felt a difficult question to ask even though they are not real boobs, but the response from the girls at CDH was friendly, positive and helpful as it always is.
I eventually purchased a new pair of Aphrodite forms in D. They feel amazing and look fantastic, but there is much more to them than my old forms and they feel much heavier. Perhaps I will save up for the same in a C cup.
Thank you all
Jennifer
