Are Rules Really Hard to Follow?

Or maybe people just don’t care.

As one whose computer was twice hit by malware from links posted without approval in CDH forum posts, I implore you to follow the rules about posting external links. There have been no recent incidences that I am aware of, but the potential is always there, especially with the concerted cyber attacks happening all over the world. If you want to post a link, at least check with an Ambassador. They can take the risk to ensure the link is clean.

Please, the rules you agreed to clearly state:
No external links may be posted in the forums without first obtaining permission from site management.

CDH is meant to be a safe and supportive place but we know from hard experience that not everyone is above board. It’s pretty simple.
