Bombshell, anyone?

Who here has seen Bombshell yet? If you haven’t, please do – it’s amazing (and aggravating, at the same time).

But if you have, here are two observations:

1. OK, being a guy is embarrassing. So many are just plain rude, ignorant jerks…

2. There’s a scene that shows the on-air female talent getting dressed. Apparently, they have this giant room where get strapped into their shape wear and tight dresses, some get fake boob enhancements, and there’s this giant wall of stilletto heels for them all to wear. Granted, it’s despicable that a “news” station would take these measures and force women anchors to go through this. But as a crossdresser – oh my god! I want that to be my closest! Getting a day to play in that room sounds like a dream come true…

Agree and agree, Lexi (the politics, the toxic men, the “dress up doll” attitude to women news anchors — which is why I’ll probably give the movie a miss), but like you, I’d LOVE to play in a room like that.
