Can I get boobs without HRT? I mean not big boobs but maybe small?
- January 10, 2021 at 11:56 am #430512
I have actually pretty well developed breast for a male not saggy or anything but not flat but a little bit more tissue if you know what I mean. Maybe some hope for me? What should I try?

Not really, you can try the dietary approach to gynecomastia and resultant man boobs, low risk, low rewards or expensive surgical implants, high risk, high rewards or HRT, moderate risk, rewards dependent on genetics. Generally HRT will result in breast development one cup size less than your mother’s and or sister’s. I did the dietary route to man boobs, then the creams, no results, then HRT and after 10 months have seen decent results. The genetics in our family are mixed. I have one sister with D cups and one sister with B cups. I have gone from AAA to AA cups with just low dose estrogen mono therapy. I expect that I will eventually end up at A cups which is ok with me. I could add an anti-androgen and progesterone to the HRT therapy and see real significant breast growth which at this point in time I may not want.

First, HRT supervised by your doctor will be the most effective, safest, and least expensive way to grow a pair of your own. This is what I plan to do when the time is right.
If you don’t want to take that route, your next best option are supplements. Pueraria Mirifica and Bovine Ovary are feminizing supplements that have shown some evidence of breast growth.
Supplements are hit or miss. Most girls see little or no growth. But they do seem to work for a few. I took PM for a few months and did see modest growth. I’m an AAA cup or maybe a small AA cup. But it was from fat redistribution. I don’t have breast buds or actual breast tissue. If I’d stuck with PM a bit longer I think it might have happened. But I really doubt I would’ve gotten past an A cup.
If supplements were really effective in most cases, every cis-woman wanting bigger boobs would be buying them instead of getting a boob job. You might luck out and develop a great pair. Chances are you won’t.
Good luck! Emily

Is Puria Manifica dangerous, are there any risks, I have heard that people eat 4 weeks and 4 weeks of and in i alot of countries it is even forbidden, due to risks I think?
If it higher estrogen then don’t you also need some testo decreaser, like what without HRT?
I’ve also heard about estro8pn is that same as PM and how risky is it in comparison?
should you take that 4 on 4 off as well?I’ve heard of risks like blood clots or stroke is possible and cancer if you’d grow tissue
You say it’s harmless, is that true?
Will my sex drive decrease with those supplements you think?

I should have said this in my earlier post. I’m not a doctor and this shouldn’t be considered medical advice. I’m telling you what I’ve learned from info that’s readily available on the Internet.
You can think of most supplements as unlicensed and unregulated drugs. There’s no assurance of their quality or potency. Some of them can definitely have a negative effect on your health.
PM contains various estrogenic compounds. The scientific community is unsure of it’s safety and effectiveness. There are risks with taking it. Anything that affects your hormone levels (PM, BO, HRT, blockers) should be monitored by your doctor with regular blood tests. It’s reasonable to assume PM will affect your sex drive and performance.
You should talk to your doctor about testosterone blockers. They’re sometimes used to enhance the effect of estradiol (HRT). Supplements like Saw Palmetto and Reishi Mushroom may decrease testosterone a little.
I don’t know anything about Estro8pn. I took PM daily for a few months using the dose recommended on the bottle. I don’t know anything about other dosing regimens.
There is evidence that orally ingested hormones can increase the chance of blood clots. It’s reasonable to assume PM capsules would pose a risk as well. Again, talk to your doctor.
There’s no safe way to do this on your own. Most docs will be reluctant to help you with supplements because of all the unknowns. They’ll rightfully argue that HRT is a much safer and more effective option. It’s also cheaper. Most health insurance covers it fully or with a small co-pay. PM costs about $30/month.
I wish you the best on your journey.

Do NOT take things that mess with your body chemistry without the advice and consent of a licensed physician!
you are messing with your life, literally!

I would never take hormones without doctor but supplements like MP and similar are safe from what I’ve heard.
