Boxing anyone? Advice?

In  a two pronged effort to save money and avoid contacts during El Covido I have been forced into the beauty aisles featuring box dyes. Getting better at the application after box #4. My immediate reaction to Blondissma yesterday was OMG! Too light, too bright!, But this morning I am in love with my 18″ blonde(r) tresses again.

Advice:

1 – Buy your own gloves that fit your man hands.

2 – Take their advice and do a practice run using some conditioner. All that sectioning and smoothing takes skill when you are on the clock.

3 – pick a time when there is daylight to assess your result.

Hi Harietta I do admire your courage. I am just in the middle of deciding what color would look and feel good on me. I did buy a box of Loreal 6AM I am not brave enough to try it. I think i will wait and have my hair stylist do it first.  I know its a bit expensive but you get what you pay for. I just do not want to make a mistake. Great post. Its a big decision for any woman

Hi Harietta.  As I just responded on your other forum on hair I am getting my hair colored at Ulta Wen.  Having never colored my hair the first time I want to have it done by a professional.  If I like the results I might consider coloring it myself.  But as I plan to tell the stylist at Ulta if I have a great experience and the cost is not to high i’ll be back.  Part of what I am paying for is the experience.
