I hope i am not to froward with this post. I am asking as I want to try to start looking at enlarging my breast.
Have other girls here done this? If so what techniques have been used?
1) Do breast pumps work? Are that painful? Is it long lasting or permanent?
2) I have read about some supplements online. Do they work? Is it long lasting or permanent? How long before one sees results if they do work?
3) What have your SOs said once they noticed?
Has anyone here used estrogen? If so what is that like? Are estrogen pills real? Any tips or information is welcomed.

I do know if you use the nipple cups for inverted nipples they will make you nipples larger. Of course not as large as when you remove them. I put them on till my nipple is completely engorged into the cup. Then I will remove the vacuum and just squeeze it enough to have it remain on. I can wear it for quite a long time after that and it doesn’t hurt. I think the “brand” I have are called supple cups? On Amazon.
As to the other methods I will let others weigh in first.

I have used breast pumps not the small nipple pumps. They do have a very small effect but it takes time and commitment.
If online supplements worked we would all be sporting a wonderful bust so in essence they don’t.
I am on Estrogen and have seen little improvement over the first year but this varies from person to person. The recommendation is that you do this through your doctor and not self medicate with pills online as this is very risky without a proper health assessment and dosage suite to your needs.
I have no partner to comment on that.
Ultimately if a full bust is required augmentation surgery is the best way.

I would also add that there are periodic blood work evaluations and other ongoing monitoring. I don’t know how you would get that if one self medicated.

I’m using 40mm nipple suckers at the moment and have seen very slight increase. Noticeable that my SO has commented
I don’t use them as often as I probably should to gain decent growth but been using them for about 4 months. At first I would use morning a night for about half hour each time but now only half hour in the morning as I’m trying to be discreet with the SO Would love to try full breast vacuum pumps but hard to hide that from SO lol
I don’t want large breasts but enough to fill an A cup bra properly is my aim
