      Hi,

I am looking for breast forms that would look natural and suit me, but there are so much, different types, breast plates, breast forms and different price ranges. What type is best and look most natural and what price range should I choose? I’m willing to choose a better quality but I don’t know what size would be best for me either and if they are expensive, I want to get it right, it feels really difficult.

      Minou,

There has been much published in here on this topic and if you search around a bit I think you’ll find lots of good, even if varied, information and opinion on this.  As recent breast form purchaser (got my first set just last week) I can tell you that I did not fully appreciate what a difference they made, not just in appearance, but also in how I felt – another notch higher on the feminine scale!   If I made any mistake, and I’m not sure I did, I think they might be just a tad big (or maybe I’m just a tad self-conscious or a prude – LOL!).

I thought that Scarlett O’Brian put out a GREAT article that you might want to read first (wish I had, I think I could have saved a bit of money…..or perhaps experimented with a few different types/sizes for the same amount of money).  Here’s the link to get you started:

Hope you find a set that you like – you won’t regret getting them!

      Hi Minou,

I buy only on Amazon and there are a lot of choices. I’m a B girl and two good products are from Feminique and Ivita.

I’m presently wearing Ivita, with tax it came to something like $42.

      Good luck and have fun!

I recently got a pair of Ivita breast forms from Amazon. I’m 5’7” about 190 lbs. I got the triangular shape that weighed I believe 850 grams. F cup size. I have a 40 C underwire bra with full coverage and they seem to fit pretty well.

      Minou,

I can ditto the posts of Marcellette and Diane above.

Personally, I have had great success with Feminique products from Amazon (70 dollars). I wear size D which gives me my preferred B / C cup. I describe myself as a plus plus girl (over 6 feet tall, and 300 pounds). I wear my forms full time three years and each pair has lasted me between 12 and 18 months before needing replacement.

It’s hard to get right in the first shot. I have a c cup set I picked up on amazon they have lots of options and price points. The one thing I would suggest is fight the impulse to get them too big. Being newish to this I always wanted everything over top, the highest heels etc and as a result I went too big with my forms as well. I’m only about 150 pounds and a b cup would have been more suitable and some of my clothes don’t quite fit to my satisfaction while wearing them.

This is a frequent topic on here, and using the search bar above will yield lots of results, and I’ve responded to many with lots of detailed info, as have so very many others. Check out the search feature and if you don’t get what you’re looking for, pm me and I’ll see what else you need to know.

Don’t go buy some huge breast forms and look like a porn star, don’t live the pre-existing stereotype people have already about crossdresser. Find forms that look and fit your body type. Most crossdressing girls fit into the B-D cup area. Just remember forms need to be proportional to YOUR body, so if you have a few extra pounds and are taller, the larger DD cup forms may look more natural than a smaller B cup form.

Forms can be found all over the internet, and can be sized by cups, or by grams. I have D-cups/1000gram forms okay so use 1000 gram (D-cup) forms. The D’s are just a hair “chesty” for me. I do use my C-cup/800gram forms to sleep in. I do enjoy the C cups too, but D’s are just a lot of fun sometimes too. I’m 180 lbs and 5.10″ So I think you may want to google some female pics that fit your size and shape to see what you like and head that route.

Breast plates are a lot to deal with if you’re just staring out. They are also hot and sometimes a pain to put on flying solo.

I have the amoena contact. self adhesives.  The have all kinds of different breast types and All sizes  …. Very very expensive.  Around 450 euros Butt the quality is amazing. These are prothesis that women get after surgery .. stickiness wears off over time but clean them with the special brush and soap and you can jump around all day long.

Also you should consider getting a pair that matches your skin color. you don’t want to get breasts that look alien to the rest of your body.

This is a difficult purchase, since most of us can’t shop in person, and the expensive ones are like underwear: non-returnable. I have noticed that they tend to run large, very large, and it is easy to become top-heavy. I was recently shopping at the Breast Form Store, and after giving my vitals and desires, I was advised to wait for the new Athena breastplate, which will be out in a couple months. They are smaller, lighter and have concave backs (important, unless you are completely flat-chested.) Their size-fitter is very knowledgeable and helpful, and stresses customer satisfaction over making the sale.If you can afford them, they are the way to go.
