Just Like a Woman from 1992 is on youtube for free. I watched it last week. Sometimes cheesy, sometimes teary as it hits close to home.

There are quite a few, but IMO one of the best is “Just Like a Woman” released in 1992. You can watch the entire film on YouTube here: https://youtu.be/d9s70aI9haA. I don’t know if it’s also available on other streaming services. Enjoy!

Thank you, Mona for adding the link to the movie. I watched it and completely enjoyed it.

Not sure where they might be, but look for “Mrs. Doubtfire” or “Tootsie.”

Have you heard about Ed Wood? He is considered one of the worst film directors ever, and for that reason his movies are cult movies now. He was a crossdresser too! He made a movie called Glen or Glenda. It’s pretty bad, but deals with all the things he was feeling as a crossdresser in those days. I’m sure you’ll feel identified, just as I did. Here´s the You Tube link https://youtu.be/OVR1JmmvGiA
There’s also Tim Burton’s Ed Wood. Johnny plays the role of Ed, crossdressing and everything. That one is on HBO max.Amazing movie!

Hi Chloe, My wife and I really enjoy “Connie and Carla”. We have a DVD copy but you might find it elsewhere too. I hope you like it. Marg

A soldier’s girl is a movie I seen a few times. It’s a tear jerker but a good watch. Priscilla queen of the desert is another good movie.

Most of the free with ads services have Different for Girls, good one
I did a couple of polls on this topic, got some great ideas.
These were ones where Crossdressing is a plot device rather than how the protagonists live their lives.

A late addition here. I am quite enjoying it. Kinky Boots.

Hi,
Not sure I should suggest this, but …
“Performance” from 1970ish. Stars James Fox and Mick Jagger and was Nicholas Roeg’s directing debut.
CD is there, but it’s a stunning dark, London gangster movie at heart, somehow breaking into hippy psychedelia and unconventional lifestyles. Not what you’d call a ‘feel good’ movie. I saw it in the cinema when it came out, and walked out – my head was in the wrong space for it. But I’ve watched and ‘enjoyed’ it a few times since.
I just checked, here in the UK, a search for ‘performance film download” gets me to a free internet archive of the film.
