Eleven days and counting

As I have mentioned on several threads here in 11 days I am going to my High School class reunion. Today is Monday the 27th. I picked out my dress a couple of weeks ago, on Thurs or Fri am having my nails done and the day before the event getting my hair done. I have let everyone here know because this will make it almost impossible for me to back out.
I live ion small town Iowa (pop 1300+) and dress almost 100% in my own house. My daughter lives less than 10 min away in another small town (3300+). I often don’t bother taking the time to change into drab when I have to run over to her Apartment. My class reunion is in another small town (2700+). My graduating class was just under 90 people.
I am figuring now that at my age of 67 this may well be the last time I see a lot of these people. I am telling this to all here not only to make it very hard for me to back out but to encourage all you girls out there to take a small step out there. Many of the bad things you are so afraid of will not happen and if you don’t go out and try it YOU WILL NEVER KNOW!!!!

Please post some photos of you adventure, I am sure we all would love to see, and after all you will be OUT. Have fun you will be the most interesting person (girl) there and I would bet the best dressed girl.
