      Hi,

Danielle here. I am concerned that I cannot start a separate Facebook page for myself as Danielle. Obviously since i was born as a different name, and all my Ids and stuff are in that name, It is seemingly impossible for a Transgender or Crossdresser person to have a separate identity on Facebook.

It would certainly be nice to have the ability to have the completely separate account, like anywhere else, such as Google.

Is there no way to do this? I am frustrated, because I feel Danielle is entitled to the same enjoyment of life as her Brother in arms is.

      Help?

      Danielle.

The easiest way is to have a his and hers email Acct so you can have separate social media acct

I have a his facebook, and a hers google plus acct

        Thanks. 🙂

I did the same. But, there are more facebook users than Google Plus users. Ugh. 🙂

Facebook needs to recognize that they are not serving the community by eliminating the ability to have an account with a pseudonym tied to your real name, but not anywhere accessible as information. It is not fair to have no recognition for those of us that have this handicap, born one way and identify another way. I am mad about that. Like the old funny movie, Network, I am mad as hell, and i’m not going to take it anymore!!! lol.

I had both ( I actually dropped my guy one completely) …you kinda have to set up 2 seperate emails, if you are doing this on google, google will automaticly connect them, so use one of them ONLY in a private browzer to keep them seperate, then you should be able to make a facebook profile connected to the gal email. This will also keep the 2 accounts seperate, which is important if you are looking to not have google or anone else connect the dots .

I have two Facebook accounts; a guy one and Jane’s account. As Adriana has indicated, it is necessary to have two separate email accounts using different email servers. At the moment Yahoo and Hotmail don’t seem to ‘connect the dots’ so there has been no problems for me.

The two accounts also make it easier for those not yet out, or fully out. In my case there are a couple of people who know both of ‘us’ but unless they too have two accounts none of them are FB friends with both.

      Aha!!.

My (Danielle) email is Gmail as is her brother David, so that could be the issue.

But, Facebook asked for a phone number as well, and (w) share a phone.  In addition, Facebook has requested photo identification from 2 sources…lol, wtf?  Pardon my use of the (front door).

So are you saying, for example, thatif I create a Yahoo account instead of another gmail, I can use that to set up my Facebook and they will not request all these ridiculous papers?  Where are your papers!!!  We want to see your damn papers!!!!  Lol.

Really is it that simple?  Well I’m gonna just March over and do that right now, because I feel thst m CD rights have been seriously limited without a social media account that matters.  Ha.  🙂

      Thanks girls.  Kisses.
