I hope this link works, this is my first post.  I’m thinking of buying this dress, what color stockings could I wear with it? Would black work, or go just go with white or pink? Thank you ladies!

Hi Roni,

I have a similar summer dress and either wear tan stockings/pantyhose or wear it with bare legs. But I shave my legs almost every other day.

Thank you for your opinion. I am planning for a special night and I am wanting the full garterbelt and stockings thing, but I just love that dress and was trying to make it work with what  I want to wear under it. Lol

Hi Roni,

That dress is gorgeous!  I have to agree with Liv – bare legs would look best with this dress because it’s such a light and floral print.  If you do go with hose/tights, something nude or very light tan would work perfectly.

It would really depend on where you’re going, if it’s a more formal event then you could do black hose/tights, but you’d definitely want to wear it with black shoes and have a black purse to pair with it to balance it out.
