Have any if you gone through an airport to fly in the US while dressed with your cis credentials?

I always fly underdressing with drab color panties. Recently I slipped a sports bra into my carry on and slipped into it after going through security. Underdressing isn’t full femme, but it is a step in the right direction. Oh, and not having any underwire, the sports bra didn’t set off any curiosity.

Since I wear panties 24/7/365 I’ve been on many a trip through airports even internationally wearing pretty pink panties under my drab clothes. My luggage even got lost on one international trip, and not one stitch of ugly boy underwear was in it. Most of the underwear I wear routinely is very girly.
I think you should own it and do it. Fly free and feminine.

I’m flying about one a month with my work. And I’m always wearing panties. A few times I’ve gone through security wearing a sports bra, and a few times with a pad in my panties. But I’ve not found the courage to go beyond that yet.
I have also usually keep my legs smooth and have traveled in shorts, my feminine legs on full display. And have realized on more than one occasion that my panties were showing over the top of my shorts. So I know I’ve been seen.
So maybe it’s time to push the boundaries a bit…? - February 9, 2022 at 4:01 am #619743Anonymous
I have worn womens jeans, top, panties and socks and shoes while appearing as male while flying quite a few times. The tops were not overly feminine but still womens tops.

I am also a 24/7 panty wearing girl, so of course, I am now underdressed when I travel. I had an amusing experience once when traveling. My carry-on bag was pulled over to be checked. A female security agent opened it up and started doing her check of the items inside. This was before I started wearing panties 24/7. As she was looking through my things, she came across a pair of panties that I had packed to wear while on the trip. She looked up at me and smiled, obviously knowing they were mine (since I was not traveling with me wife at the time).

One time my wife went to a convention. Right after the convention we were going to go on vacation. It made sense for her to go from the convention to the vacation destination while I flew from home and met her.
Because she traveled light to the convention, I packed some of her clothes in my suitcase for her to use on the vacation portion of the journey. Now I wasn’t pulled over (this was way before 9/11/2001), but I was traveling without her and had women’s clothes in my suitcase. So don’t think just because you’re traveling without your wife there can’t be a valid reason for you to have women’s clothing in your suitcase.

My wife and I use suitcases interchangeably. I’m careful to empty mine completely after a trip. My wife is less so. I have found her bras and panties from prior trips several times when on trips. She knows of my underdressing so we always have a little laugh when I pull something of hers out and ask her something like whether she is trying to entrap me.

Yes. One of the things “I had to try”. Flew presenting as a woman three times. Of course carrying and presenting my legal ID.
While I didn’t have any issues, personally I wouldn’t do it again. Flying is such a hassle in itself!
But is you want to try it, make sure you minimize the risks of having any problems. User your legal ID. No need to explain anything unless you are asked to do so. Don’t carry anything not allowed in your purse or carry-on luggage (liquids in bottles over 1 ounces, for example) no lighters, etc. Avoid underwear with metal tabs or wires.
More important… if you believe you may be too nervous in a crowded place having to wait for long periods of time, remember that for security personnel, people who is unusually nervous will rise red flags.
Good luck!

I’ve gone thru TSA security many times wearing casual/comfy women’s clothes. Never had a problem. My breast forms usually get their attention. I simply tell them I’m trans and get sent on my way. I recently changed the gender marker on my ID to “X” (legally non-binary). I’ve flown twice since then but it hasn’t changed anything going thru security.

I have gone through security underdressed many times, usually without a bra and usually without incident. Once, however, when wearing a girdle and pantyhose, I was selected for further inspection and taken to an enclosed room. The TSA agent did not have me undress, but he did do a more thorough examination over my clothes. I’m sure he left the outline of the girdle. I was prepared to explain that I was wearing a back support, but he didn’t ask any questions and just let me go on my way. In the end, it was nothing but I had some anxious moments.

I have flown several times dressed in feminine attire including my breasts forms without trouble. I have never been questioned by TSA agents, or had any issue with the process. My boarding pass and my passport are in my legal name as required by federal law. While I am not a fan of flying for various reasons, nothing specifically related to how I am dressed contributes to my feelings and opinions for flying.

”I fly completely dressed with no issues.(Good thing cause flying naked WOULD likely get me arrested lol) As others noted you can and must use your legal id regardless of how you are presenting. It IS much easier with TSA pre-check though I have done it both ways.
My first trip to Esprit WAS an adventure- as I was wearing women’s outfits but not obviously so. That adventure I describe here https://www.crossdresserheaven.com/cynthias-esprit-2017-travelogue-part-1-traveling-travails/
