General question about the site.

Sorry to post and ask this here, but going through the channels I thought would help (here) did not.

I want to change my email address for notifications. I had done so over a year ago but it never worked. I’m setting up a new (email) account, and want to be able to see notifications there.

How do I do that? I also wanted to update my name here.
