For the most part I hide pantyhose and tights Under my uniform.  At times I have went out at night in a skirt and hose.  And also if you wear ladies leggings and workout shoes some will think you are working out and not being “dressed”.  I also wear bras that can be slightly concealed.

You sound so much like me. Camis and panties under my regular clothes, occasional trips out dressed, wearing more unisex sorts of outfits. I find I can also wear women’s jeans if there isn’t too much design and stitching on them. And I am more comfortable in the winter where a flannel and sweater conceal my bra lines much better than the polos I wear in the summer. And, as others have said elsewhere, I tend to wear tan/beige/skin tone bras more when I don’t want them to be seen since they tend to stand out less than white or brightly colored ones do.
