Hiding my longer nails in plain sight

With a Christmas gift of nude matt nail polish I had painted my nails a few days after Christmas.

Within a few days I had a few chips, well that’s annoying. But it started to look like a normal nail, with the tip a lighter colour.

So I gently used the nail file to expose a narrow tip along each nail, result, slightly longer nails hidden in plain sight.

It took 4 days for my wife to notice I was wearing nail polish, and in drab mode, the few people I have met, no one has noticed.

I just need to learn how to keep them longer, 3 broken nails already, argh!
