Your look is lovely, but the techical quality of your photos leaves a lot to be desired.
My one suggestion is to deal with the same problem I have…big eyebrows. I now have mine waxed, and I have slowly had my wax techician reduce the over all size and to give them a little arch. Nobody notices if you do it slowly, and it makrs a world of difference.
If and when I find my perfect brow, I am seriously considering thermolysis to make it permanant.

False lashes are a pain to master (and I’m definitely still working on that!) maybe skip them other than for some social event?
JJ already mentioned your eyebrows. They don’t have to be thin arches, but they need shaping.
Eyeliner like everything else practice will bring improvement.
Hair. I’d suggest you to find a hair salon where they can style your wig while you are wearing it.
We all are work in progress and luckily practicing can be fun. (Reminds me, I need to go practice some more myself!) -
