How often do you girls visit CDH?

Hi girls.

So after my week en femme and visit to a professional makeover service in June, and given that there is no realistic prospect of dressing again in the foreseeable future, I have banished Chrissie to the furthest recesses of my mind. Do you think she just stayed there like a good girl? Heck no! She’s in my ear constantly, tempting me to surf for clothes online (I’ve currently got big wish lists on Amazon, Next and Roman – I love their floral dresses), and I find myself on CDH several times a day, reading new posts and profiles, looking at members’ photos and yes I admit, checking whether anybody’s liked or commented on my public and private photos. I’m a bit obsessed really.

So how often do you girls visit CDH? For the regulars does it impinge on your ability to live your real life efficiently? I bet I can guess who the regulars are …

It really depends. When I’m feeling guilty about dressing, I may go weeks without checking. Then I start needing reassurance and will check here once a day. Then the pink fog takes over and I’ll be here several times a day. I probably average at a few times a week.

I check in daily, sometimes a few times day, depending.  I love looking at the featured photos, you gals are beautiful!!  Then I check out the forums, some very interesting and educational entries there.

The wife even knows about CDH and I have encouraged her to visit the site, but she has no interest.

I found CDH about a year ago by accident, glad I did.

Hi Girls!

I try and sign on once a day, usually at night after my days work is done, reply to new introductions, catchup on messages for friends, hit a forum or two if I have the time.

I get dressed up as Catherine and then come to CDH, the only place I can be Catherine to others as I am a daily private dresser.

CDH has been great to help me relate to others as Catherine, to see my femme name online, just to be girly and with the girls, which is incredible fun!

So glad I found CDH. It has broadened and expanded my crossdressing and me as Catherine.

I am thankful to everyone in the community for that.

Once a day for me. My usual routine is to spend time every day in the late afternoon before dinner checking through a half dozen web sites or blogs including CDH. It varies somewhat depending on my schedule but most days it’s during that period.

It varies or as your survey put it goes in phases. Phase one is every hour on the hour, phase two is this has to stop and I may be away for a while to gain some perspective. This does not mean I think any less of this wonderful site or anyone on it, I simply need to see the wood rather than the trees on my journey.

Hi Chrissie,

So I voted for several times a day, but I suppose like a lot of people it’s not quite that simple.
I’m lucky enough to work from home 4 days a week, and so on those days I do get to check regularly, exactly as I am now.
Other days, it’s either not at all, or just for a little while late at night.

I love it here, it’s become such an important part of my life to be honest.

It varies all over the place,  just like my dressing. Sometimes it is a couple of times a day, sometimes it is a couple of times a month. A lot depends on how busy I am. I am leaving for Europe for well over a month, so probably not a lot when traveling.

Well, when I started here it was pretty much daily, maybe a few times a day. However, now, I’ll go a few days without looking in, but then I’ll go several days with coming here more than once a day.  Depends on my mood, if I feel I have anything interesting to share, or the amount of time I have available. We were visiting friends out of state a little while ago, and I was seldom on.

And here’s ‘rub’, this past summer I’ve been on more than off, but not nearly dressing as much. These past several weeks, I’m dressing more often, but not on as much.  Kind of interesting I suppose, like I need a ‘fix’ and cdh provides it when I can’t indulge in my desires.  Oh well.

Hi Chrissie.I selected that it goes in phases.When I first joined CDH I was on several times a day.Especially when I saw introductory posts from new girls on here.I would send them requests and would stay online for a long while anticipating their replies.I had a small number of people who I used to p.m.on a regular basis.One was a lovely girl.We had some really pleasurable exchanges talking about clothes.I would check in everyday waiting for her latest replies.Sadly,they started to dwindle as she was busy with work commitments.I still like to make new friends on here.But I am very aware that people live busy lives and it’s not always practical to keep up friendships.Usually,I am never away from CDH for not more than a week.I tend to log in to it late at night as I am retired and don’t have to get up early in the morning.I think my girliness is at its height at this time.

For me it really depends on if anyone is talking to me. Otherwise it’s just another site. I know you have to reach out to be reached but it doesn’t always work. A month or so ago I decided I would try to friend/contact about a dozen people. First day I got three or four answers. By the end of the week that dwindled down to one. That lasted a couple of weeks. I think that person (no names) got “in trouble” and so that one died too.
It is so hard to find someone who meshes with you. And wants to communicate (this is not the only place I’ve tried that).
I’m not complaining. I just really want a CD friend.

Chrissie, at least twice a day. Always in the morning before work, and when I get home from work after I’ve done checking my emails I’m usually on again. When work gets to busy I don’t seem to have the time to respond, and I find I don’t get to chat unless I’ve got a clear 1/2 hour to do it. I’ve got to get over that though, I should just say hi at least even if I don’t have the time to chat but that seems like it may be a little rude just to pop in and out like that.

Being able to still wfh, that affords me the luxury of being on CDH everyday while I am working (which means 5 days/week), and it is constantly logged in during my work day.
