Hey ladies,
I hope everyone is doing well!
This has been a year of real growth for me,
and I hope it has been the same way for everyone else on here <3
I never thought this would happen,
but I told my mom about Margeaux!
She was so cool about it,
it didn’t bother her at all!
Matter of fact, she wanted to take photos when I came out the bathroom dressed up!
I’ll upload the photo on my profile.
Thank you to CDH and all the ladies for the love and support.
2021 has been a real year of growth for me,
and I hope it continues in 2022 for us all!

That’s wonderful! I’m so happy for you.
I wish I could have told my mom but she passed away before I came to really understand my crossdressing.
My mom played a big part in my development of becoming a crossdresser even though I don’t think she ever knew it. I know if I would have had the chance to tell her about it, I’m sure she would not have been surprised. I believe she always knew about it but just never wanted to bring the subject up.
From early childhood she would always tell me I was special. She even went so far as to tell me I should have been a girl.
I should have and wanted to be her little girl, too but was always afraid to say anything.
If she were still alive today, I would have no problem telling her and at least show her pictures of myself dressed if not dressing in front of her.
I really was her little girl, she just never knew it.

Thats AWSOME !!!! Im so happy for you, Ive thought and almost told my mom, she caught me once at halloween, she was jealous of my big boobs, actually motor boated me, then blew it off. Im still toooooo scared to tell her the truth…. Maybe some day when shes losing her mind (LOL). I dont want to be the reason though.

I honestly didn’t think I would tell her, because I didn’t see any need to.
Over time, I guess I just sorta thought I should tell her,
but drop hints over time you know?
I started by saying I wear makeup.She already knew I liked artists like Motley Crue, Boy George, Prince, Bowie, etc.
I dressed up for Halloween initially, then it just happened.
I’m here for you, sister. I’m always glad to show support <3

I’m doing well. Yes, it was almost a year ago when I revealed Revel to my Mommy, and because it wasn’t Halloween, I was cautious about it. I asked how she felt about crossdressers, and after I realized she was okay with them, I dressed up as a pretty lady in person, and surprised her. She loved it, and was very impressed.
My Daddy, Mommy, and sibling sister all love Rev, and are 100% supportive of me being a CD. I’m a lucky girl. I wrote two articles about my family and experiences here on CDH.

Thank you Margeaux doing alot better now one month post ops still little sore now and agan but up walking some and next week get to drive again. Its so nice to have all the support can get. Wishing you A Merry Christmas and Happy New

I am so happy and proud for you, girl! I think revealing to parents or siblings must be harder than a spouse. Your mom saw you at the beginning and had all these visions about who you would become when you grew up. This wasn’t in there, but she has enough love and grace to accept you as you are! How wonderful!!

Yes, I felt the same way hearing about others having a family to support them.
Even after telling my mom, I still wonder about the sincerity,
because my dad is pretty homophobic, to say the least.
The only person in my family that I know I can be fully Margeaux around is my sister.
