Makeup for a novice

Hello.

I have no idea where to begin to choose a makeup kit.

Good foundation and eyeliner. I’m not much into lipstick. Professional quality makeup but inexpensive enough to experiment with different looks.

I haven’t found a good all-round kit myself. I recommend some of the GRWM (get ready with me) youtube videos where they list their fave individual products. Not all of them are expensive.
