My Pantsuit

Hi Ladies,

About a month ago I was shopping at Catherines and found a sparkly black pantsuit I liked.  I waited for a sale and to use Catherine’s cash to save on the purchase.  The pantsuit was a sleeveless top with attached jacket and pants.  A friend offered to sew some belt loops on the pants so I could hold them up using a belt.

Off to Joann’s to find some fabric and sent the fabric and pants off in the mail.  My friend did a great job and returned them.

We all enjoy wearing skirts and dresses but as an older lady I thought a pantsuit was an appropriate outfit.  The sparkling top added some jazz.

My question to the group is what do you think of an older lady wearing a pantsuit?

Nothing in particular really… as long as it fits her nicely. Pantsuits are a good option of an outfit in cold weather for sure.

I haven’t looked at pantsuits myself, preferring ladies’ slacks and tops; but I have noted that very few GGs in our age range wear dresses any more. Plus, you can hide a pair of leggings under slacks or pants in cold weather.
