Nails Breaking

Looking for advice/thoughts on how to prevent my nails from breaking. I try to keep them a little longer and regularly use clear polish/strengthener but I’m not sure if it really works. Does anyone know of a product that really strengthens them or  have any other advice or nail care routine to try ?

I’ve been using Orly strengthener. Seems to work a little better than Sally Hansen. But I still get breaks if my nails are too long.
I honestly think it has more to do with being aware of what my hands are doing. In male mode I tend to be more careless . In female mode I’m more careful with my hands and nails.

Hi Rose,

I just use a generic nail hardener, you can get clear, either matte or gloss. But I also echo Jamie’s point that it never hurts if you start being more careful about them generally.
