I’m in my 30s from the UK and love the female dorm.and clothes and has made me want to dress up as a woman I can’t dress at home due to living with parents and don’t get much free space

 

I’m looking for tip on buying clothes as a struggle as I’m a nervous person and tips on dressing in secret without my parents knowing

Hi Em! I’m from the UK also and am still largely in stealth mode though my wife is aware now.  Most of the time I’m Thea crossdressed as a bloke,  and still like to get things without drawing too much attention. Amazon lockers are useful as is eBay’s click and collect.  More and more though I use store’s own click and collect: I make out I’m picking things up for my wife: though most places just hand over a black plastic bag so there’s never been a hassle.  M&S, George at Asda, Next, Peacocks have all been fine! Best wishes and don’t hesitate to message me if there is anything I can add!

Welcome! This is a lovely place for advice, and friendship.

I’ve shopped on Amazon, and made use of their locker pickup service. Kohl’s also has an excellent in store pickup if you order, and pay online, you can go to the store and pickup. You don’t even have to contact anyone. You check in with your phone, and their app directs you to a bin with your order in it. Perfect for shy closet girls like us!

Welcome to the group!  Crossdressing can be a wonderful journey, especially when everything is so new and exciting!  I’m sure it’s a real struggle not having a place to safely dress.  As far as shopping, if you are not comfortable shopping in person, Amazon has some good options and there are usually sizing guides available.  I am in the US and we have Amazon lockers where you can have purchases delivered instead of to your home.  If that service is available I highly recommed it.  You can also do returns through the locker system.
