Notifications Time bug

Forum replies are being timestamped as the CDH server time, but the Notifications of replies is being described as the difference between the timestamp and the user’s current system time. example: the ‘Birth Date, year’ thread Notifications of the replies were described as having been posted ‘7 hours ago’ The replies were actually posted about 30 minutes, and about an hour, after I created the thread. I created the thread, almost 3 hours ago, now. The Notifications need to look at the timestamp of the forum replies, and the current CDH server time, and NOT the users current system time.
