OK dumb/ignorant question #2

I have seen and read several articles on French tucking. I still don’t understand it. Anyone now of any good descriptions or are able to explain clearly to me. I think that it is mostly that I don’t understand anatomy well enough to do it, and my wife’s nursing textbooks are no help.

Please forgive me my ignorance, or if this is not a suitable topic, I’m just confused!
