Girls,
I just got a bottle of pueraria mirifica pills and started taking them. Do any of you have any experience with this supplement and did it do anything?
Thanks,
Kerri

I tried PM for a few months in 2019. It didn’t do much. A little tenderness in my breast and some fat redistribution. Visually a small pair of moobs. No actual breast growth. I didn’t have any other feminizing effects that are typically associated with taking bioidentical hormones.
When I started HRT, I noticed some mental and emotional changes almost immediately. Within 2-3 weeks my breasts became very tender and sensitive. Actual growth was noticeable a few weeks later and I had small breast buds within 3 months. After a year I’m a small 40B.
Simply put, HRT is the way to go if you want to feminize your body. PM is a poor substitute. Most girls will tell you supplements are nothing more than snake oil and I’d have to agree. If they really worked, women everywhere would be taking them by the handful, and the boob job business would dry up!

Emily,
Thanks for the advice. I keep playing around with gimmicks and wanting to change a little. I see you ladies being so beautiful and want it for myself but am holding back. Thanks for at least talking to me.

I was taking it and felt like it did help with breast growth. But be warned! If you do get medical support and do start HRT, the supplement will satisfy your body’s needs for estrogen and you will actually see your estradiol level drop. I wasn’t taking a pill, but I tried a breast ointment (found on our Website btw) that must have had it as an ingredient, and my estradiol dropped from a good (at 6 months) level of 70 and climbing to 19 and falling. I not only was losing my chemical femininity, I felt like crap emotionally. Once I discovered the low E I threw it out and feel a lot better.
I’m not saying not to use any reputable products, just be very careful once you are getting HRT. Just because an advertiser doesn’t say to not use the product while on HRT, it can still be contraindicated.
Hugs,
Brie
