Up to about 4 years ago I was under psychiatric care for clinical depression, which I had spent 20+ years on disability for.

But then about that time I fully returned to my life as a Crossdresser, and told my psychiatrist about my crossdressing and he noticed the complete 180 degree reversal of my mental state, and released me.

From that moment on I no longer needed psychiatric medications of any kind, and I never have been happier since.

And in the past year I also told both my personal VA doctor and my outside primary care physician also, and neither one were concerned about my crossdressing lifestyle: it didn’t matter to them in the least.

Of course it took courage to tell them, but it was well worth the risk!

But again it’s up to you Shannon_But it worked for me!
