Roanyer Breast Plate Fit

I have been weighing the pros and cons of breast plates to decide if I want to go that route. I see that Roanyer has my skin tone I can choose so I won’t need to use makeup on them which is great. On their site though it is not clear if the breast plate can fit a 46 inch bust/band size comfortably without riding up or bulging. Any of you ladies that have a Roanyer breast plate tell me if they can fit a 46 inch bust/band? And are you ladies happy with your roanyer breast plate? Who did the cotton filling and who did the silicone gel? Is the silicone gel worth the extra price? Oh by the way I am wanting either the C or D cup breast plate.
